Reformer Pilates is coming to Wiesbaden-Biebrich for the first time!
We have great news! Studio 85 is the first Yoga & Pilates studio in Wiesbaden-Biebrich to offer Reformer Pilates – and we can’t wait to share our REFORM 85 training with you.
Reformer Pilates is an effective full-body workout performed on a specialized machine called the Reformer. It helps improve strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability – all in a joint-friendly yet intensive way.
We are currently moving into our Soft Launch Phase, so there will be about 6-8 classes available per week. During the Soft Launch Phase we're happy to receive your feedback to optimize the classes and slowly expand our offerings so you’ll soon have even more opportunities to experience Reformer Pilates in Wiesbaden.

Voraussetzungen:

At least 1 year of teaching experience in group fitness

Certification in mat Pilates, barre, yoga or other group fitness disciplines (advantageous)

Strong verbal instruction and teaching skills (as demonstration opportunities will be limited)

Very good knowledge of anatomy and physiology

Good body awareness and strong communication skills
