Reformer Pilates is coming to Wiesbaden-Biebrich for the first time!

We’ve got exciting news!
Studio 85 is the first Yoga & Pilates studio in Wiesbaden-Biebrich to offer Reformer Pilates – and we’re thrilled to officially introduce our new REFORM 85 training to you!

What is Reformer Pilates?
It’s an effective full-body workout using a special machine called the Reformer. It helps improve your strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability — in a way that’s low-impact, yet deeply effective.

Now available: REFORMER MEMBERSHIPS
Following our official studio launch, we’re excited to now offer Reformer Memberships – designed to help you build a consistent, sustainable practice with full flexibility.

And the best part:
Your Reformer credits can also be used for any of our Yoga or Mat Pilates classes — because we believe your movement practice should adapt to your body, your energy, and your lifestyle.

Whether you want to deepen your own practice or start your journey as a trainer, our Reformer Pilates teacher training offers the perfect opportunity to delve even deeper. Request exclusive information on course details, registration deadlines and more from us now, without obligation.

Voraussetzungen:

  • At least 1 year of teaching experience in group fitness

  • Certification in mat Pilates, barre, yoga or other group fitness disciplines (advantageous)

  • Strong verbal instruction and teaching skills (as demonstration opportunities will be limited)

  • Very good knowledge of anatomy and physiology

  • Good body awareness and strong communication skills

  • Openness, positive energy and team spirit
